Our fees, on a page you can find

Our advice fee is £100 to £450. The exact figure depends on how complicated your case is, and we agree it with you in writing before we do any work.

Most brokers will not tell you what they charge until you are already in the room. We would rather you could find it in about ten seconds, because “what is this going to cost me?” is one of the two questions everybody arrives with.

There is no charge for the first conversation. If we cannot help, or if you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing.

  • The first conversation is free

Twenty minutes or so, by phone, video, or in person. We work out what is realistic before anything is charged or submitted.

  • We agree the fee in writing, up front

Before any work starts, you get the exact figure for your case and what it covers. It does not change afterwards.

  • What moves the number

Straightforward employed applications sit at the lower end. Adverse credit, self-employed income, limited company buy to let and portfolio cases take considerably more work and sit higher.

  • We are also paid by the lender

Lenders typically pay a procuration fee when a mortgage completes. You will be told what that is for your case, so you can see how we are paid from both sides before you decide anything.

Protection advice

For life cover, critical illness cover and income protection we are normally paid commission by the insurer rather than a fee by you. If that is ever not the case, we will tell you before you apply.

No cost to find out where you stand.

Book a free consultation and we will tell you what is possible, and exactly what it would cost, before you commit to anything.
